DJ Taki From Neesh

This is DJ Taki from the city of Neesh.

The city of Neesh is located in the west southwestern part of Piraeus. As you can see in the picture above the city has a vast growth as recently the mayor expanded the coast from the port of Piraeus to the frontiers of Neesh were a new port was built fulfilling his pre-election promises that "If you vote for me, I will bring the sea to Neesh".

After that, a vast economic and cultural growth overtook the city and its citizens. The local football team "Ionikos FC" conquered the Champions League, after of course its domination in the greek leauge. The fans of Ionikos became an example to all football fans avoiding conflict and not swearing during the game and Taki a local boy found the opportunity to leave, with a merchant ship that was docked right outside his house, to the island of Ibiza.

There, with a little luck and due to his charming personality he came to be one of the most famous Dj's on the island.

The story begins the momment Taki set foot on Ibiza. It was a sunny day and sweat run licking his eye brows and reaching his glasses. Taki was waiting to dissembark, luggages on, too crowded and by the time he was off the ship the sweat was like pouring rain. He couldn't see a thing. He carefully put his luggage down and took off his sunglasses to clean them. In that instant the sun blinded him for a while, and he took by accident the suitcase of another passenger.

As it turned out to be the suitcase belonged to Paul Oakenfold. Taki (and that is where it comes to his personality) took the ID of Paul Oakenfold and convinced everybody on the island that he truly is Paul... Taki as Paul at Ibiza

The thing is that as a Dj Taki was good...at least for Neesh he was more than that. Now he was going to prove himself as a Dj to the sanctum of Djs. Ibiza. And he did it. At first everybody on the island were surprised at the sudden change of Paul's repertoir. Paul Oakenfold seemed to pay tribute to the music of 80's. Sure he still played house but mostly he played 80's! And after that 90's! But he played it so good and the crowd below was so stoned that everybody was enjoying themselves!

He became tha most famous Dj on the island and everybody was begging him to be a Dj at their partys and weddings and bar-mitsvas... He was playing rellentlesly and that was tiresome... After a succesfull career on Ibiza he was too tired to continue. Sex, drugs and 80's 90's everyday made him weary. He decided to return back to Neesh to enjoy his reputition and wealth.

Unfortunately the day before he left, a ragged dressed and totally filthy man aproached him and told him "If you don't reveal your true identity i will destroy you" The man was the real Paul Oakenfold.

They fought like beasts. Paul was strong from his latest mishaps and Taki was weak from sitting up late a lot. Taki lost and revealed his true identity and now, he was going to return to Neesh as Taki.

Nevertheless he had been the king of Ibiza and for that he was determined to be the same at Neesh. He tried but the crowd in Neesh couldn't appreciate his talent. Most of them despite the cultural growth were still listening to folk music. Loud. Around the square in their cars. Anyway, there were some few who believed in Taki as a Dj and he continued to play 90's and 80's and music from other decades to various bars and clubs and partys and weddings and name-giving orthodox rituals...

Nowdays you can listen to him only after you search for him for he moves a lot. He was last seen at the decks of a bar named Tabbacco. He still plays good music and tells everyone about his adventures at Ibiza but for some reason nobody believes him...
